Before joining these sites the basic requirement is to have a Paypal and Alertpay account. These are like online bank accounts where you can receive payments made by the PTC or other sites once you've reached minimum payment. Few sites make payment via check but most of them pay either via paypal or alertpay. You can create a new account here:
